FAO Bank Charge Guru's
Lloyds TSB are trying to charge me £30.00 for going 42p overdrawn, which I promptly paid off as soon as I realised what had happened.
From what I gather the charge is supposed to be proportional to the amount you have gone overdrawn, which this certainly isnt.
I know there are a few websites with draft letters etc on, has anyone got any links to them or some general advice? Do I have a case for the charge to be cleared?
Cheers in advance

20K+ Super Poster.
ring the bank (just the callcentre will be fine) complain, and they'll refund it.
they normally do this for one offs, no need to bother with letters etc.
