Standard turbo is a KKK16.
Can easily run 300bhp on standard internals

real small turbo then, surely a cos turbo would run fine with these, as they are 2.0l std, so wonder if a cos turbo would improve things..

When I said they can 300 easily, it can be more than that too!
I know people have got over 350.

If you sort a different manifold you can run a T3 etc, hoping to get one on mine next year
Mine currently has a Turbo Technics S144 hybrid

400bhp+ on standard engine is possible if you got for 280 or so from just more boost and a chipset, and then whack a nitrous kit on.

The manifolds and turbo wont cope with much past 300 though without starting to put your hand in your pocket.

280 = VERY cheap, like literally a couple of hundred quid.

Im not a fan of nitrous, id rather have a more permenant solution.
Over the next year Im planning on a new manifold, T3 or similar and management.
Not really after alot more power due to the shite TXB, but to have it more usable would be alot better
