what is it about? self explanitory innit?
some clown has wanged on a massive charger to the top of a standard S13 engine, sorted out the crank pulley to run it, removed the turbo, then gave up once he realised it was a bit daft and gay and the last little bits are way more complicated than he imagined.

So only about 20% of the engines power lost just to drive the fucking thing then

With a stg3 chip, z32 afm, bigger inj, etc etc, and itd prob do fairly good performance, but still i bet nothing more than a normal stg3 S13 setup, probably less with the charger drag as its way too big, and with the normal setup theres no fuckoff charger hanging out the bonnet, awful fuel economy, etc.
and the massive extra strain on the crank from having that charger running on it (esp as its the furthest away pulley from the engine) will mash them big end bearings in no time at all IMO as they never the best on older S13 engines anyhow.
