think they are crap I had one from a well known tuner reknown for doing these and it never reved well and was exceptionally tempermental it only felt good after it had just been set up and went off quickly 
went bang eventually
(mine was an overbore and stroked crank, if your going to do this use the American large bore block)
im now running a 1.6 CVH an would never take the overbore, stroke route to large capacity again
