hey, just been looking for info on playing my xbox 360 through my lcd pc moniter in HD
all i keep reading about is dongle and VGA and its all so confusing...
what would i need to connect a 360, in HD, to my dell moniter
its got a res of 1024 x 768 and 70hz refresh rate.
links would be good.

Andre K,
Your screen will be fine, but rather small. All you need is a VGA cable and I would recommend the official Microsoft one.
Your screen resolution is natively normal 4:3 aspect ratio, so if you choose the 1280 x 720 resolution in the control panel on your 360 you will be displaying in letterbox format (i.e. a top and bottom border 16:9). This is the same as 720p mode so is HD.
This is assumng that like what GTI iTG says it has a better res (as it should do).

oh and by the way, when were talking about LCD's dont worry about the refresh rate as thats for CRT screens, LCD's dont have any flicker, hence you can take a picture of a LCD screen and it wont come out with loads of horrible lines going across the screen
