Default air weapons

Don't know of any on the net but there is a fishing/air weapon shop near me, has got some naughty rifles in there, one cost £700 but can take out deer from a fair distance away

IIRC an air rifle over 12lbft requires a proper firearms licence.

Failure to comply will be treated as a firearms breach and will lead to a minimum 5yrs!!!

Precharged air rifles are good fun.

I used to shoot air rifle field target for my school ans had a lovely precharged (gas tank!!) air rifle.

Not cheap but very effective if you have agood sight and are quite skilled.

12ft lb is the limit without a FAC.

The last rifle i had was a Skan AR M32 speedstar which was a takedown precharged rifle with a 32 round magazine, silencer, scope, bipod and was able to be dismantled small enough to fit in a small briefcase.........

iv'e got a nice 4.5" gun on the front of my ship 12 mile range 29 shots per min and an accuracy of around 25 meters but with the H/E shells you wont need to worry too much as they can take out tanks or for night shooting we also provide a nice star shell which can illuminate a large area (around 2square miles ) and if you want to get serious about your hunting we also have trident missiles at our disposal 14 war heads and enough fire power to send us into the dark ages.So for all your rodent killing needs just call 0800-wannafight-comeonthen.gov.uk

Sod an air-rifle, get one of these beauties!

Looking at taking up shooting, once I move into my house (once I find one to buy, once I sort out a mortgage). Need to sort the firearm licence, though, since I'll be starting off with .22 rifles. Nice place not that far away, that sells custom stuff (link).

Not a cheap hobby, though......to build a gun up, will be looking at:

Receiver, £180

Trigger-unit, Volquartsen TG2000, £145

Barrel, Volquartsen "Snake" Match, £390

Stock, Bell & Carlson Odyssey, £350

Will need to look into whether you can chuck a picatinny on that, so that an optic can be fitted, but that's for way way in the future yet...

This is a rather worrying thread..........Lets not even start on the psych profile of the majority of people into rifles/firearms
