Car is booked in for mapping next week but one of the last things i need to sort is the throttle cable.

Iam using a cossie throttle body but the cossie cable and FRST cables are totally different on the pedal side.

Ive been told to try a mk3 escort auto and a early carb mk3 fiesta but neither appear to be correct.

I know there are others using this set up so what have they done? Change the pedal? :-?

Checked ERST cables they are the same as cossie by the way so thats not the answer

if u want i'll try and make the cossie cable work with ur pedal.
im sure there will be a way unless it to short or something.

on lates 2mora so wont be in till between half 8 and 9 depending on how early the night man gets in.

Hi mate, i used my original pedal, just drilled a hole through the top, then cut a slot down to the hole, i used an escort mk3 auto cable, pulled the spring back to drop the cable in the slot of the pedal, then once pulled, the plastic end of the cable fits into the hole!

Hope that makes some sort of sense? ?
