Where a decent pair of gloves with some padding but wont stop your trigger finger.

only say that coz ive been a few times in the winter and i got one in th head which fucking hurt.

and my mate got 1 on his trigger finger while he was having a shot out with some on.

other than that just run around like a nutter, shot anything that moves (except the marshal) and enjoy it.

its a great day out but make sure u get involved. getting shot is nothing compared to the fun u have

The best tip i can give is to take a small amount of rainex!!!!!!!

The times ive been i have taken some and it really helps stop the goggles misting up which is a real issue.

motorbike gloves and seee about renting body armour..... they fooking HURT soo much

oh and not only do you not shoot the marshal dont shoot any small kids parents a few times for a joke,,,,,, some poor sap done that when i went last and this 9 year old boy rapid fired the bloke CONSTANTLY till he fell to the floor crying like a bitch,,,,, aint kidding either and all us and the marshal could do was laugh at the boys anger until we realised a grown man was crying in pain from a young kid mind he must have shot him 30 times from about 2 foot away screamming " dont yolu ever ever ever ever shoot my mun in the head again i aint a little boy ect ect whilst theres that "punt" noise after eash word

but fuck all them clothes. if they are baggy it absorbs most of the impact, its the fleshy bits that get hurt. like the arm just through a t shirt and stuff.

if u wear to much then u get hot and sweety and it'll ruin it.

it does hurt but not for long.
ive been about 5 times now and i'd wear old jeans, old trainers, old t shirt and an old jumper if its cold.

hat and gloves in the winter too just incase one clips the ear or something. that really would be painfull in the cold

dont get shot from 5 yards away. I have seen welts the size of golf balls on people legs.

Always wear your mask and a paintball in the eye will blow your eyeball out

go to a motorbike shop and buy some bob heath visor anti fog stuff, little red and white can. this time of year the goggles will steam up in seconds

DONT get shot int he bollocks - it hurts

also a hit on the hand fucking hurts too

wear a beanie or summut as i shot some bint in the forehead and made her bleed once

dont be a pussy and wear loads of cloths, it only slows you down! take the pain lol, it makes sure you dont get hit too often lol

lastly, dont aim directly for peeps, the paint balls dont fly in a straight line lol

As said above, Rainex or Rainaway is an essential for inside of visor. Also a decent pair of Boots, most paintball places run them in a wood and fields. If you've got an old pair of rockports or Timbies get them on. Trainers are no use, slip everywhere.

I got shot in the thrapple, last time I was there, fuckin agony.

no mate i was all covered up but it still hurt like fuck , i was ronning at the youth off here he was going to realy get some stick i was about 5 feet away from him at full speed id took about 20 shots from him and others and just as i got to him it hit be right on the cheb end and there was nothing i could do i usualy like a bit of pain but my leggs just switched of and i hit the ground out of breth
