Default Axle stands for winter storage?!

Hi all, as above really is it worth getting 4 to store outside over the winter, possibly even for a year?

Cheers

I would imo, best leave the suspension hang free, plus you wont bald spot the tyres!

I wouldn’t bother…..I never have when I’ve stored cars over the winter for a number of years now and I’ve never had any problems. Just more hassle in the event you have to move the car for whatever reason!!

Thats a good point and surely you can avoid bald spots by just rolling the car forward a few inches very other week or something??

Another urban myth imo!!

I took the petrol tank off my 18 year old RS Turbo….it was spotless inside! I don’t see how 6 months is going to make it corrode internally if its spotless after 18 years!!
