How long can you leave an auction before you end it early. Can you leave it say, half hour to the end?

Ah right. The thing is, i lowered the reserve from Ł4000 but entered Ł3000 by mistake instead of Ł3500, now it wont let me take it up to Ł3500. Is there any way i can get it back up to Ł3500?

can't you just go to revise your item then change the price and then save and continue ?

 

Get a mate to bid it up for you to the desired price

 

12 hrs mate last chance to change stuff or remove

 

as said,get a mates log on and bid to 3500

 

you can cancel an auction 1 minute before if you want

it was used to be 1min but change it to 12 hours as ebay was loseing money left right and center for it

 

I was thinking about this today. Surely we have the right to cancel an auction right up till the last minute though as its our goods for sale, and not ebays.

At the end of the day, its a contract, and the contract is not complete until it ends. Just like a written contract is not complete until its signed.
