i think i may have a small problem....
Last night on the way home from work, my car started to develope a missfire. But on the way to work this morning, it was doing it worse!
As i got closer to my work, is started to dissapear, so im a tad worried. Gunna change the leads and plugs today to see if it goes. I hope so as i really wanna see what it makes.
Anyone got any suggestions on what i can check?

Mines also got a misfire due due a lead breaking down, its normally fine once I've cleaned the plugs up. Might want to check in your dizzy cap as well as I discovered mine had correded fairly badly a couple of weeks back.

Should be there around 9, just been and cleaned my plugs up and the misfire won't go away at the mo hopefully a run up the M3 will clear it.

Starting to wonder if its the fuel, been using Tesco Super Unleaded since September, Matt if you can bring the leads we could give it a try and see if it makes any difference

I'll copy the instructions for you the hardest parts going to be fitting the board in the ECU as you need to solder some wires to the board itself. rest of its fairly straight forward looking.

a big big thanks too all who attended
had a good day .. everyone was well behaved.. took a couple of pics and will upload em later on...
can't beleive jay was such a pussy and never dialed in more ignition
will be looking at doing a return visit in the autumn if anyone is interested but will require a deposit as they are changing their rules soon ... only reason we get it @ £35 is if we can deliver enough cars on the day.. we only just scraped through this time..
once again many thanks to all who attended and made the day including Fast Ford magazine
