i never got a court summons through, all i got was a "notice of intended prosecution" form,
saying that i was doing 60 in a 30 zone, fookin gatso camera!!!!!

that was a loophole dan, but i think they done something about it. not sure though.
that intended prosecution form is basicially something for u to sign and kind of gives them proof it was u.
i got done recently. (65 in a 50)
i appealed it saying i dunno who was driving. and they sent me pictures of my car. but u couldnt see who was driving.
but they worded the letter basicially saying if i dont tell them whos driving then the registed owner of the vehicle would have to take the penalty.
so i signed the form and the wrote back saying "we now have evidence that u was driving............. 30 point Ł60 fine"
what pissed me off is that it was me that gave them the proof

Your'll get the Court Summons once you've signed the NIP.
My court apperance was about 6 months after i actually got caught speeding.

There is a big case going to the human rights court in Belgium in january caz a woman would not say who driving therefore she was giving up her "right to remain silent" . If she wins her case apparently gatso's will all have to come down and the camera vans will be useless too 
.

get ya boss to write a letter to the courts when ya go n say that you need your licence for your job n without it your fuct

yeah but i only work a few miles from home,, funny shhit,, its my 1st offence but i think i may have over done it!!!
may face a 6 month ban, so i'll miss a fair few shows!!!!
