This might have been posted previously and will be pretty easy for some of you, however here goes.

when trying to go to Paypal.com, I just get 'page cannot be displayed'.

I can access paypal.co.uk, but then when I try 'sign up', I then get page cannot be displayed.

In 'tools' and 'Internet options' I have checked various settings but still no joy.
