Default What oil for my BMW?

As Above

As this is vastly becoming passionBMW im sure someone will be able to answer this one. lol

What oil ( ie Grade and make) to put in my E36 318i BMW?

it has just done 100K btw but want it to last!

Are all 10w 40's semi synthetic or do i need to check it says it on the tin?

And do i def need semi synthetic?
