Delfex order : no news since 3 months
Hello,
I'm french (excuse me for my bad english) and i bought some polybushes on deflex direct line shop.
My order have ben registred the september 8 th and i have no news.
I try to phone or to write an Email : impossible to call us.
Do you have some news about deflex.co.uk?

And me I ended up buying a set off Powerflex rears and tried to call and email them to cancel my order but emails bounce back and the phone just rings, last time I spoke to them they were in the middle of moving.

apparenlty they have been taken over by soeone else and orders are supposed to get sorted by christams time
but i'd still order from someone who had their bits in stock and could send them out rather than take the risk
or shell out a few quid for more expensive kit

Thats bad new's.
But i've been developing thier CVH gearbox mounts for over a year, and recieved aload of bushes of them about 5 weeks ago.
Its a shame really, as when i first started dealling with them a few years ago, they were Top notch on service, and warrentie issues.
But i've been hearing nothing but bad storey's this year about them.
if i remember, i'll try and ring Stu @ Deflex, and see what the story is.

They have folderd but been taking over, the new company will send out all existing orders and then new company up and running after christmas.

yeah i just received my to sets of lower arms after taking 9 weeks and the fiesta arms that come through the ball joints were for an RS1800 not the si like i ordered also ordered them in blue but came in silver lmao
but just glad i got them and they sent me the ball joints for the si within 2 days to which was great
but if anyone has problems getting intouch with them here is both of there numbers
