This is how some cars with less 'power' simply trounce others with much greater power, smooth progressive power that comes in early and just builds is far faster in the real world driving than any 'behemoth' with outrageous power numbers...

Pretty much a N1 engine on 2530s, a lot like Porkies R34GTR, a common sorta spec in the UK and everywhere, its quite funny people spanking off about how fast it is and how amazing the engine is, without even realising their engines are almost identical.
Its all been lightened and balanced, mild cams i think, head ports tidied, up, but tis all pretty standard TBH.
Reason its fast and revs like that is cause its got the mega low ratio front and rear diffs.
Its fucking light, and a mega well set up track car.
Its not as if its some super response beast people think, ignore the comments and watch the rev counter, it still is sluggish as hell upto about 3.5k and is caught below the powerband a few times on the vid.
Also helps the hosts of the show TOTALLY go over the top with bullshit making out its faster than the Skyline JTCC cars they drive and other stuff.
Never let entertainment get in the way of facts eh
