was out testing my new car tonight
just thought you might like to know...
I am officially scared of what I have created
and so is dangerous!
The car is quite happy to poodle along at slow speeds but give it a sniff of throttle and boy does it go! ... and it doesn't matter what gear you are in, plant the throttle at 1500 rpm in 3rd gear and it doesn’t get bogged down it just accelerates like nothing I have experienced before. Am I pleased?...oh yes baby!!! Oh and btw so far I have only used 1.2 bar boost

Just read more about it today in Fast Ford.I would'nt mind the bits you did'nt use.Benchmark has deffo been raised and before the knockers say it has'nt done anything yet this is one magnificent motor.After this one people are going to be looking at Fords again.Got to be better at TOTB next year with some serious efforts being finalised.

im sure there are cheaper ways to get the same sort of thrill martin , gaffer taping yourself to the nose of a 747 jumbo, steering with string tied to controls, and flying unaided around the world would do it....
i can only imagen what its like to drive that beast
