As above basically me car keeps turning over but will not start now it was dark and i turned ignition on for first time in neary 2 weeks and i seen a flash/fuse blowing down above my pedals

So basically my engine bay was getting a refresh and tidied up some exposed cabling here and there with new tape and everything went fine i think , could be totally unrealated , but thats 2 fuses now 30A and both have popped once i turn ignition on

Heres a pic of where it lives and i have no idea if this is why its not starting or what the hell this fuse does

Any help appreciated , and any ways of testing/with multimeter would be great
