Could do better than a mk4 surely? Although I do hate Mk4's, even RST's. Is it wrong that I like mk5's?

Alright. My first car was a mk5 that I bought off eBay for £50. Never drove it

It got nicked afer 1 week outside the house and I hadn't insured it yet so I scrapped it. Then got a mk2 Golf GTi

Learned to use an angle grinder and filler on that car, and I had the front wing off and the brakes

He had no driving experience so his premium will be loaded for the first year or two, I would have said £1200-£2000 personally.
