Has anyone actually looked at this car properly. Car looks toss IMO.
Scotty could build you one for a surprisingly cheap amount of money! I looked at this route before building the saff - should have done it!

No engine bay pics? And not much of a spec given?
Wonder what the story is with this car? Unregistered, so was it built as road car just to sell on, or built for competition and buyer never came through for it?

I know the person who built the car & is selling it. Although not seen him since last year.
I believe the engine work was being done by Joe at BlueSprint.

I know the guy who built this, Tom Pond - a really nice guy with his own garage Pond Autos.
The car is spaceframed at the front, and although in my opinion not as nice as Scotties conversions, a WICKED fun car built with the right bits!

surely thats a pointless effort then??if the spaceframing is not welding to anything but the shell??Gonna flex like a bitch and add weight if its still steel panels??
as said though looks good from the outside and love the idea of a rwd fez

i know Tom @ the pond very well, have done for years & he helped alot on a number of my previous engines !
Knows what he's doin, had a lot to do with Martin Arnolds/Francis's black 3dr 4x4 which consistently run 11 sec 1/4's about 4-5 years ago ! (Mike & Ben should know Martin/Francis
The car looks good, admittidly not as good as Scotties but still a very good build & will be worth the doe !
As far as i know Joe built & dyno'd the lump & as far as i know it's rear wheel drive ! Or that was the plan when he was originally gonna do it ! Used to have a propa RS200 Rep with 540hp Cossie lump.
