me n ma best mate r doin the same with weed, if we can do without it for a month, and this inlcudes biffs too, then im joining the gym n gettin fit, been smoking since i was 16 and its gettin more and more all the time.. gud fing is i dont drink!

also had a bet for £20 with his missus but sumone grassed
us up so his missus made £40 out of us

I've been off the ciggies for two months, so there's no way I'd be able to give up the alcohol too.

In fact, I've been drinking more to compensate. I threw away four empty bottles of wine today, and that's this week.

Im getting worse not better, im begging to LIKE the taste of cheap strong tramp cider again

I needed a drink the other day, didnt have to be alcohol, and was a wide veriety of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks to choose from, and i bought a can of Strongbow SUPER

Realised you can drink a 3litre bottle of Frosty Jacks in around 30mins no bother now too with some simple DIY mods
Same as a bottle bong really--
Make a small hole just below the neck of the bottle and put a straw in it.
Put your finger over the top of the straw, bottle in mouth, tip it vertical, take finger off straw, WOOSH, lol. All the air comes out of the straw hole and so jus liquid in your mouth, so it goes down no bother, at least half a litre a time without trying or feeling rough after as dont make u bloated from the gas.

Brings binge drinking to a whole new level Could make a fortune from the kids if it came like that when you bought it, but the goverment would shut your ass down straight away

According to the mirror, a 3litre bottle of that shat is the equivelant of 12.5pints, and id like to see you get that down you in 30mins

seem to be unable to get up in the mornings.. but it's makign a difference to the gut already.
not gonna weigh myself til the end of the month.. hopefully that way i should be a fair bit less than the 17 odd stone i was when i started.

Saving stacks of cash to spend on the mk2 as well. (well i'm paying off my overdraft anyway!)

 

I've had a few weekend nights on the beer but I'm 1Stone 7lb's down still!

 

Well done to everyone who's not had a drink, now my birthday is out of the way i can concentrate more on the task
