think it would be a small claims court . if you argue the point with paypal they will not grant the money to the seller what ever but then you need the seller the admit what he did to get your money back in your pocket??

was it off ebay ?? you got the link ???

I'm doing the exact same thing at the moment, claiming back £65 from a certain someone who runs the free advertising Fordspares site.

I've waited weeks for parts that never turned up, and now he's not even replying to calls or e-mails so I've been left with no choice.

I believe once you escalate the claim if you cannot sort it then I think you are covered upto £500.

credit card
section 25 of some thing to do with ccS goods must be a discired or the cc company are liable for goods and bits NOT AS DISCRIBED
paid £7k out on me card found out not as discribed the credit card company paid me back £3,300
so half at least would be covered and get ebay to ban him

only joking mate . i clicked on his username and went baack through all the feed back. i went and looked at all the listings that he had sold things on not just bought . the second one i looked at was for 3 mobiles and in the ad he had put his number in it !!!!!!!!!

i looked to see if he was as genuine as he says he is . looked at things he had sold and things he had bought .

always amazing where people get loads of brand new phones. from..
