Q plates

PassionFord Post Whore!!
If you buy a Q plate you must have some good paperwork to prove why its on a Q...
If there is no paper work or proof then walk away...
Unless its cheap enough to be able to buy it to break- remember Q plate should also be cheaper.

I have a Q plate 3dr, only bought it because it was half the price of a D plate one & it drives just the same. Its ok with cossies as can break them easily & sell on parts, i would'nt buy an expensive car that was on a Q or car that would'nt sell easily in spares. I've had mine for 4yrs in March & never been pulled, mate who drove it back for me is a copper & said they do'nt waste time pulling Q plates for checks as they know they ok because if their on a Q they've already been properly checked for stolen bits etc. Ca'nt see me having any problem selling mine, got plenty of people ask if its for sale.
