Amel Valves
Gents in the know. I'm doing some work on my Saff over the winter and I've finally made it around to the engine bay. When I've removed the cone filter yesterday i've notice that there isn't an amel valve present and no the car isn't on air injectors! 
So - I rang the engine builders who I won't mention and they've told me that it's done this way to gain a nice smooth power curve and when pre load is used with the amel valve you don't get the same curve and smoothness. The car is 400hp with dyno to prove it and it is really smooth but I've never heard of not having an amel valve on before or air injectors, this is a new one on me.
Anybody got an views?
