the "slug" inside the holder is too long (i made it this way so i can make it shorter) when this is shorter it will have greater lift energy
also,, if i drill a few small holes in the face of the disk,, this will reduce differential pressures (of cause i would have to close my idle bypass up to gain my 1000 rpm idle again)
what you think mike?

i cant be 100% its going to work,,, but it is mk1
and an engineer who never made mistake,,,,, never made anything
and how much would such a thing cost, say for instance a fast ford project car wanted to use such a thing and you would get some very good advertising out of it lol

If it works then cool

Nice design.....
I think 25W is still a little low....the ultimate way would be twin wound coil...high wattage to lift it then low to hold it.....
Looks good though pal....just dont like the bolt in the end....preferred to make the valve as a whole.....

Saying that if for example a GT costs more than a maram shafted T34(a less advanced turbo),
is there any point in spending the extra on a GT (which to my understanding will be a more advanced faster spooling turbo) when your using ALS anyway?
Though I guess it also depends on the rest of the engine , to what state of tune it is, using what components ect. ?
