NOT what he said .

Endorsements remain on your licence for:

11 years from date of conviction for offences relating to drink/drugs and driving, causing death by careless driving whilst under the influence of drink/drugs and causing death by careless driving then failing to provide a specimen for analysis.
4 years from date of conviction for reckless/dangerous driving and offences resulting in disqualification.
4 years from the date of offence in all other cases.

Date of Offence mate, all speeding convictions are the same........ I should know, i've had enough of them

SP60 is a very rare conviction to get tho, they only use that for 'Undefined' speeding offences, whatever the fook that means.

Depending on what you actually did to get the conviction you might wanna take a read of this....

Could you clarify what you mean by this?

basically the courts only consider the points on a persons liscence for the 1st 3 years they have them. After this the courts dont consider them when or if some is getting convicted again for a motor offence.

i have 3 points for sp50 (17/11/03) and just received another 6 for another sp50 and another 3 ONLY A F%*KING WEEK LATER FOR SP30. This all counts up to 12 but because they were not all in the same 3 year period i dont get banned.

i have friend that have over 25 points on there liscence but not on over the same 3 years hence why they are still driving!!

Insurance companys will count points though for 4 years after conviction
