how do you recognize them which one is the inlet and which teh exhaust

What do you mean the valves or the the actual manifolds?

The exhaust cam would be the one closest to the exhaust manifold wouldnt it

in that case have you searched google or if someone else knows or just a wild guess here but does the exhuast cam open for longer ?
or is it the inlet if so measure the cam lobe

inlet cam has the oil way in the bearing

yep, inlet one has a oil groove around it, it will be obvious compared to the exhuast one
