But I suggest, as now, many will Talk ,but very few will go & prove their claimed Horses.
I have....... although I didn't do a stop speed run because it doesn't interest me in the slightest

Wheres the new venue going to be? Not too far away I hope!

Not great news if so.

Although we were at RAF Woddbridge at the weekend at that seems to have a nice runway

Noise issues are sadly not going away. I don't like it but moaning on here will solve nothing

Fast cars do NOT need to be noisy though so mod your cars and then continue to use the venues and they will stay open!!!

It is NOT rocket Science people!

In Feb this year mine passed the noise limits at Brunters, think it was 97db
been told that while the court case is happening it will go down to 87db, thus making events like the Daddy Thrash a no go. Two weeks ago a Standard EVO 9 was over the limit during a press day. .

the thing you lot are ALL missing the point on is that bruntingthorpe is an AIRFIELD

therefore, they can make as much fucking noise as they like with planes and aircraft etc and all the locals can kiss their arse as that is what the place was developed for

its only the CARS that have to conform with the 87dB limit - which is very low tbh

fuck knows what us mags are going to do now, as sad as it is, its looking very likely that brunters will have to be boycotted by us all.

so give it a few months of aircraft landings and i bet the locals will be gagging to get shot of the planes and get the cars back lol

cos if they aint making money through cars, they will be making it by planes once again lol

as for rods saph, as he said the braking zone is not very big when your doing 200+mph, so an alternative venue will be used for the final top speed run that has plenty of space

and if the car covers xxx speed in the same distance as brunters, whats the problem?
