Default Alloy wheel welding question

One of my alloys has a crack,if I had this welded up would it make the alloy weaker

All depends on how good of a job they will do. Ive had wheels thats have been repaired and they have been spot on & ive had some that just keep going down with time.

Its a chance you have to take mate
