Kimi is a cracking driver and whilst not as charasmatic as Alonso deserved to win last year has had the fastest motor.

You can go on about luck but FA also had some terrible luck

In the last 7 races of the year Button scored more points than any other driver, you could say if he had betterluck he should be world champ

FA won and fully deserved to. Only the 6th driver in F1 history to make back to back championships

But i have to admit definately 2005 was kimi's year and he really drove better than FA and deserved the world championship and it was his maclaren's unreliabilty which cost HIM the world championship not FA out performing kimi

 

button has been consitant, not world championship material

right place and the right time is the result of his success this end of the season

 

but sometimes the way you drive a car has an effect on its reliability Kimi is all or nothing and he has always broken cars, we will see what he's made of next year

 

I didnt think he should have been, i was just pointing out that the only deserving driver is the one who took the title this year

Button will be champion material when they give him a good car
His results at the en of this season were the result of good driving and lots of testing in a not quite good enough car. The kids done very well again with the blunt tool he has been given

yes i agree, we will wait and see, but i really dont think that kimi driving would wreck that many engines, boxes etc

al the drivers are pusing it to the limit, the maclaren hasnt been the most reliable car of all time has it in recent years, withboth cars retiring quite alot but mostly in kimis favour for sure
