Decent track tyres?
Right, I need a good, cheap(ish) tyre that is goooooood for track work.
Anyone have any suggestions? They're for my new wheels, I don't really fancy slicks tbh, and cut slicks seem to be mental expensive.

Toyo R888s
Cheap (relative to other brands) . Work (see Performance Ford review of them this month)
Forget 'ordinary' road tyres, and try to avoid even performance road tyres if you want them mainly for track use - even Goodyear F1s and Toyo T1s etc have a hard time under sustained track use.
