When Channel 5 was launched?

I just looked at a rather old video tape (yeah, those big chnky black plastic things!!! ) and was scanning though it looking for something, and came across a recording from Ch5, which must have been a little while after it was launched - they had a little logo in the top corner! Square box, with a 5 in a circle in it!

I don't even remember that!!!!!

and they have 2 new channels coming this month i think, one called 5 america or something the other??
