Default iPod Shuffle - Transferring files question?

I've brought my Shuffle into work but dont have the software CD Rom with me.

I plug the Shuffle into my PC and it shows as my H drive.

Question is: Can I click & drag my music into my H drive folder without having to install iTunes and Drivers for the shuffle?

I know its probably going to overwrite the music already on my iPod but I dont care about that for now, I just want to transfer all the songs ive downloaded off my work PC before I quit my job tomorrow.
