Anyone recently ordered it or have it at all?? Talk about problems......have to keep switching my router of every 18mins as it diconnects itself........WHAT BOLLOX

I've heard there's plenty of pop ups and ads too. I've stuck with Tiscali - never had any problems.

My grandad is complaining on spending Ł20 a month or Ł25 for tiscali on his new computer which he doesnt know how to work and he wants to get sky broadband, but i wont let him now, because i use his computer and dont want problems

I have Sky broadband and I have to say it suits my needs really well!!

I dont have any problems with pop-ups, the speed is ok and I dont ever get randomly disconnected.

I dont do a lot of downloading so cant comment on that.

I certainly cant grumble at Ł10 per month!!!!!

The speed is more your line than Sky, we registered for the top package but were told our line could only cope with 8Mb or something like that, so we wouldn't get the full speed due to our distance from the exchange.

I'm on Sky Broadband and I reckon it's spot on. When I called them I asked them what speed my exchange could provide, they said 2Mb so I chose a package accordingly - although the call centre bloke couldn't understand why I didn't want the top package, even tho the exchange wouldn't accept it!

I've been on it over a month now and usually work from home and it's never let me down, not once. The downstream connection in to the router is as promised 2Mb, although upstream isn't so hot....but to be honest that doens't bother me.

The only thing I did differently when I received all the stuff through the post was I didn't use the CD they sent to install it as I've heard that changes all your browser settings etc. So I just configured to the router manually. But for Ł5 a month - I don't think it can be beat!
