Default TAXING CAR WITH RUNNING OUT MOT???????????????
My tax is due at the end of he month and i will be taxing that on the 28 oct but my mot runs out on te 12 nov 06 will i still be able to tax it wit the mot running out 2 weeks later??? cheers

I taxed my car the day the mot was running out,no problem

if that mot is valid at the time of purchasing the tax disc you will not have a problem mate

cheers guys just rang dvla and they said aslong as the mot is valid the day the tax runs from then it will be fine , cheers all
