BLOODY Orange!!!!
I forgot to pay my phone bill and was 4 days over due which i was sorted of pissed off about as they charged me 2 months line rental by MISTAKE!!! and as its £75 a month it wasnt cheap.so the cheeky fcuks suspended the line which is fare enough so i went online to pay it and thought it was all sorted, so after waiting 4 hours and it still nto working i called only for them to say that it can take 4 fcukin days to be connected again!!! even though the money has been taken out of my account!!!
Has anyone else had this problem before??? or know anyway i could get them to put it on!

The pricks have been charging me for two phones, when i only have one.
One contract at £30 p/m. They have somehow found another contract in my name for a £25p/m contract!
Called them about 5 times and they tell me they are sorting it as we speak, 3 months later and its still not sorted! to date they owe me £109.87 and they refuse to send me a cheque or credit my bank acc with the money, saying that they will credit it to my orange acc instead, so i will never see the money but will get free bills for a few months, pish.
Robbing bastards they are.

There ok for Broadband though and doesnt take too long to get through to customer service in my experience, although 8 times out of 10 you have to speak to ninjitaa

It shouldn't take more than a few hours to left the bar. Get them to send a sim update and then keep turning the phone off and back on again periodically until its recieved. That should sort it out.

They are taking the piss, legally if they have incorrectly taken money from your account via Direct Debit they are obliged to return it to that account and not force you to take a credit.
If you get no joy with Orange contact your bank, explain what has happened and they will advise you the next step they want you to take.

Cheers for all the advice people and clare i never set a direct debit up i get the bill and pay it over the phone but this time forgot to do it. Still not put on and been 8 hours now, turned the phone on and off loads.
Thing is i feel so stupid cos i got a text asking me to turn my phone off as there was some network changes so i turned it off as i was half asleep lol

orange network I have had no problems with, there customer service sucks ass, especially when you either have to speak to abdul or mingeater who speak broken english.

usually outside of uk "business" hours, they must get answered abroad rather than pay a shift premium or whatever to uk workers....dunno
