I remember Simon telling someone how much it cost to build at ND, but the car wasnt running its WRC engine on that day...it was running the 500bhp engine.

Note the 2ndset of air injectors were'nt connected etc....

Active diffs?

Box?

Engine?

Proflex suspension (or similar)

I'd say 150k as a BARE minimum!

Look in the back of Motorsport News - usually from 70 - 100k, depending on spec.
Scotty's is as fresh as a daisy tho, virtually new since its rebuild.
In his eyes, I'd say PRICELESS.

Steve's car only runs passive diffs, and it used to run a six-speed Ferguson box, although I didn't get a chance to see the car at the weekend so not sure if he was using this at the weekend.

The Norwegian Escort has X-Trac active diffs and an X-Trac sequential 'box.

Not sure on the build cost of Steves car but the blue WRC car cost well over Ł200k to build, so Ł117k is a bit of a bargain really

right both cars are different, blue one is huge power and has handling, which to me seems the perfect car, but steves is handling and quick with the accelaration so what would u rather have handling and quick exit speed or handling and top end speed which seems the blue one has? personally thou i like both.
