Hi mate, I've got one for my car. It's a really nice gear kit that fits inside th T5 casing - basically it's a straight cut gear kit with 'dogs' and 'dog rings'.
Basically, the dogs are nodules on the side of the gears, which lock into the dog rings. Go to www.zeroshift.com/pdf/ SPORT%20COMPACT%20CAR%20ARTICLE%2012-12-05.pdf for a more detailed description.
Basically the Glebe box is as strong as an ox, the dogs allow you to upshift without using the clutch and the kit comes with one piece aluminum bronze selector forks as the standard ones can wear or break as they're kind of two pieces.
It's pretty well priced too, and I was very very impressed with the quality of components (I went to the factory) and the build. I've driven one in Scotty's Focus Cossie and found it really niced to use, I was surprised as I'd been told they are a bit of a pig!
It can easily handle 500bhp and 470lb/ft of torque on track. Wicked kit... oh, and it comes in a ratio set much better suited to the track than a standard T5.
I'll let you know how it gets on in my car if you like!
Ben

since you usually have youre left foot on the brake when slowing down and not when accelerating...

No this isn't a dog log first box, it's a standard H pattern.
Mark, according to Glebe you can change down without the clutch with this box, but I just wouldn't... 'cos unless you're using a sequential box I just think that's dirty rough!
