what do i need for 350 bhp with a 200 cast 4x4 cos motor

 

A t34 (with actuator), a set of 803 or similar injectors, a decent fuel pump (good condition original will cope but 044 would be better) and a decent map

Dont need to do anything to the engine itself.

 

stage 3 setup and rs500 size cooler.

28psi peak

job done

 

greens, chip, 3 bar,t34, 500 cooler, swirl pot, oil breather

His standard 4wd cooler will cope at 350, you dont even need an rs500 one really (nice to have though )

You need 400's (lt blue inj) with a T34 .63 running about 26psi...4x4 intercooler...grp a head gasket..stage 4 chip from a reputable tuner..job done.

You are running the 803's flat out TBH at 350bhp..a stage 3 is 330bhp MAX really.

 

Mine runs 803s, T34.48, 500 cooler Ahmed chip set up @ MAD runs 1.6bar and made 349bhp and 355ft/lb at Interpro
