not again...... its "fairly" easy, theirs a guide on here sumwhere on how to to it exactly.

i used watered down emonia in warm water an the dirt that came off mine was mingin!!!!

its easy, only 2 bits that arent are the 2 centre section, i.e bottom bolster, and back upright section, as the material is attached to the foam with splayed staples, i left the cloth on the foam and washed everything by hand in the bath



and they came out like new.
