hello all this is my first post and not to sure what im doing but hey will give it a go . my friend is building a westfield kit car and would like either a 7" or 7.5" diff with 3.9 or 4.1 ratio and lsd - it has to have 100mm lobros - my mate reckons maybe an escort cosworth one ?????? any help would be great

 

xr4x4 (2.8 or 2.9) rear diff is 3.92:1 and 7" iirc if it needs larger output shafts, the 2wd cosworth ones should fit!

 

escort cosworth are 7" 2wd cosworth are 7.5"

 

escort/sierra cosworth are 7" with a ratio of 3.62 same as the 2.8/2.9 xr4x4

the 2wd sierra cosworth is a 7.5" diff with larger driveshafts

the 2.0L xr4x4 uses the 3.9 7" rear diff

4.4 diff havnt a clue what there used on

 

i have 2wd cossie drive shafts, hubs, and brakes for sale if he needs them
