And you know what, as the search engine is FOOKED i cant find the post i wanted to read again! (im sure it was him that posted it!)
Was a thread, mainly involving Karl, where alex asked about cam duration theory on turbo cars, as they were arguing on the mini turbo forums or summat...
Someone find it I swear it was less than a months ago, but doing a search by all his posts ive not found it and im back to april now!

Title: technical: cams and turbos
by: J871yhk
First post:
Right guys,
Just been having and interesting discussion with a few friends about matching turbos and cams.
Their understanding is:
If a larger less restrictive turbine is used, manifold backpressure is reduced, reducing of preventing reversion, thus allowing more duration of the exhaust cam. I.e. later closing, hence, more overlap.
Now this wasn't my think, which I won't go into yet as I don't want to "colour" anyones ideas...
What are you thoughts?
