DUMP VALVE OR CHATTER
What does everyone prefer?
i always see everyone slagging dumpvalves off on here,
finally took mine off the cossie last week as i fitted a K&N, thought i'd see what this chatters all about
IMO its even gayer than a dump valve!!!!
every one thinks your car is fooked when you drive past them
It does sound a bit stupid! lol
think i may go back to the dump valve

Everyone I speak to asks if my car has a d/v but I just reply "No, cos they're gay and chatter is much better. Chatter is the way forward"

Who cares either way?
Only bonus to my Fiesta's chatter is I haven't paid £80 or so to sound like a bus. Have a small amount of chatter on my S2 and certainly won't be putting a dumper anywhere near it. I grew out of that behaviour years ago

I don't like either if i'm honest. I've got the standard air filter box on mine and you can just hear a tiny bit of chatter. It's gonna be stage 1'd shortly and i'm just going to go for a K&N Panel Filter rather than the induction kit. That's what NMS advise anyway. Hopefully this will keep the chatter to a minimum like it is now.
