Default Paypal help,again!....

Bought a wing for missis pug and it aint turned up, tried asking seller etc etc no good so started a claim....

Paypal obviously ask how wing was sent and to provide tracking no etc, he has responded with wing sent standard first class, dont provide tracking info. Looking at royal mails site shows hes talking shit as its too big for first class but i cant respond anymore as it says if i wish to carry on claim it will commence in 2 days if it hasnt been cancelled. Anyone any idea how i can contact them about it cause they will no doubt look into it like i have tried the phone No but lost in automated hell

Even if he can provide tracking information they probably will still refund him!

As the seller has already said it has been sent first class your more or less guaranteed to get the money back, that is unless the seller's Paypal account is empty.
