Embers from exhaust
#4
If you see a single ember it could well be a spark plug tip.
I was following a 106 Rallye down the motorway at night on way back from Weston S-M, we were doing about 100 - 110 MPH, I kept a safe distance behind him. Then I saw the bright orange ember, thought it was going to hit my windscreen, but it flew over the car (my old Saph).......Knew the kiddy (from Yeovil) and found out a few days later that the only damage was tip of ONE spark plug missing....but he rebuilt the whole top end anyway.

Whats the best way to de-baffle a crappy old scorpion exhuast? I have one for the XR2, which I'm going to have modded to fit (my side exit was too loud and is now sold)
Any advice on getting the baffels out? Do I need to cut it open?

I have had my exhaust fixed now and the centre box removed. The thing is now I have 3-4 foot flames out of the exhaust when I let off at high revs, anyone got any ideas why? Its running stage 1.
