dont think he quite comes close to Ali but he still ripped a guys ear off

agree with the comments above, it is sad, and i also rate tyson in his early days in the same breath as ali. but everyone has known about his debt for years, he had to sell his house to 50 cent a couple of years ago to pay off some debt, very sad indeed.

I remember watching him in 1986 when he beat Trevor Berbick and won the title, was an awesome show, Berbick was bouncing all round the ring until he fell over, poor guy never knew what hit him.

You gotta feel for Tyson, Don King screwed him as did the rest of the 'hangers on'. He is not an intelegent guy, and he trusted people to look after his money. The ex wife and her mother seen him off for a few million as well.

Still one of the best fighters to watch in his day, some of his knockouts were fantastic

no disrespect to danny williams, but that was a shell of the man formerly known as ' iron ' mike tyson that he fought, the real mike tyson was an animal. look at the lewis v tyson match from a few years back, tyson came out in the first round, and looked good, won the round, but then lewis slowly took him to bits, and gave him a lesson in boxing over the next few rounds, then finished him, because thats all mikes got left, and thats all he's he's had left for years, 1 good round.

I'm sure there's a lot of people that'd like to see a 'display' from Tyson. I'd also like to see the journo tell Tyson how fat etc he looks face to face, may make a bigger crowd puller at the display
