Have you got to go to Mark or Karl to have the cams dialed in to suit the GT35?

What boost control will you be using?

Phil the wastegate hose WILL need protection (top arrow), best to re-do it with an aeroquip fitting and braided/insulated hose.

The water hose (lower arrow) should have some kind of heat protective sleeve fitted on it as well.

Heat will be your main Prob Phil as I think people are saying. I melted my ABS wiring so protect everything along the Chassis rail on Exhaust side. The Bulkhead Material will also get very hot, seen mine glow red, before I fitted correct material. Also took out 4 Alternators, which simply got hot & dropped volts. I fitted an Alternator Cooler from a Quattro & fitted a double drop bracket to take it away from the Turbo & that Alternator has now lasted a long time.
Fit up-rated mounts, my External waste gate hit the strut under full load & that looked totally impossible with ample clearance. Wrap your exhaust at least to the bend to keep heat out of the bay. You may think running a 600bhp car is a breeze, but getting it to perform reliabily to Spec is long & painfull, believe me I know.
