Default Turbo Housng

How hard is it to change a housing from a .63 to .48, can it be done yourself or do i need to send it in, what cost involved

Not hard at all mate, cause the turbo core doesnt get touched, its actually just as much effort getting the turbo on and off as it is changing the housing once its off IMHO
