Default actuater question

hi all, just a quick question on actuaters, iv been used to adjustin the actuater on the rod to the wastegate, but whats with the turbo,s that have a fixed rod to the actuater, how do thay adjust them and whats the reason for it?

They are fixed but can be adjusted via rejeting the amal valve or fitting a tap or even bining the origional actuator and fitting one thats adjustable .

P.S. and the reason behind it is so you cant fuck with them
