Mine are set to medium all round. I was coming from standard before hand, so medium made a noticable difference.

PM Gra, his are set to hard. I think he has issues with CD's jumping, but the handling is good.

I can only talk for myself, and medium is fine. My car is only used on the road though. I'm sure i'd adjust them to hard if the car ever went on track.

at the moment I have standard shocks and lowered springs 25mm, would you think that having my konis set to medium I would notice the firmness.
Getting my konis fitted next week!

Yes, without a doubt. I noticed the difference straight away. But why not take it for a drive with both set ups, then decide which you prefer??

Well the fronts are easy to adjust on the car but the backs are more trouble. Or are they fairly easy to do myself!

To quote from the other post: -

Backs can't be adjusted quite as easily (you have to remove lower mounting from car and then push up and turn to the setting which then clicks into place - from memory), and have either 3 (soft, medium, hard) or just the two (soft / hard) settings.

If your not sure, ask whoever is fitting them to set it up for you on sayt medium, go for a good drive, come back then get them to set it up hard, then take it round the same route.

I'm sure you'll then know what's right for you.

think I might try that. I will go for medium first as I don't really want my bones shaken all the time if set to hard.

When will people learn that the damper is actually there to dampen the action of a spring not to set stiffness
